The Minister of Worship and Assimilation is a full-time position that encompasses two primary responsibilities. Worship: they will oversee and or lead all worship ministry departments of MCC. Assimilation: They will develop and oversee an area that will enable guests and regular attenders to become connected to the body of MCC.
