First Christian Church of Starke, FL is searching for a Family Pastor.
This position will serve as team leader over all aspects of family ministry.
Some of the objectives of this ministry position will be:
- Impact the lives of Children and students with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
- Help parents navigate the waters of raising their children to grow and mature in Christ
- Recruit a healthy base of volunteers to love, serve, and mentor students and children
- Help build healthy bridges and relationships with the schools and community
- Assist in the general function of the greater church ministry through your spiritual giftedness.

- Someone who is willing to wear different ministry “hats” as needs arise.
About First Christian Church:
First Christian has been engaged in the Starke community for 142 years. In less than a year, FCC has doubled in size and has grown into a healthy and thriving Student Ministry and Children’s Ministry. Currently, we average 80 for Sunday Morning worship with 15 kids and 12 students. Over the next year our goal is to double in size again.
The congregation has a long history of being financially stable and incredibly generous with missional support. We have great ministry spaces with the ability to grow and expand. We have a heathy staff and leadership in place that is here to help people grow in their daily walk with Jesus Christ.
