Position Overview:  Directly work with the Pastor of Worship Arts to sustain the vision and values of Eastview, while creatively leading the worship ministry into new and exciting ways of engaging the church. Work with the worship staff in creating services that are relevant to current culture yet have no compromise to the Word of God.
