JOB DESCRIPTION:

Are you the perfect fit for Capri? We are looking for someone who not only aligns with Scripture theologically, but also has a deep understanding of the history of the Restoration Movement. A true servant of Christ with a genuine love for His people, we need someone who can not only take direction but also be a self-starter. You should have the ability to recruit adult workers and connect with young people. Are you ready to make a difference at Capri?

JOB ROLE:

  1. Collaborate with the Sr. Pastor to bring the vision of Capri Christian Church to life
  2. Create engaging and impactful programs for children and teenagers from Nursery to High School
  3. Develop a comprehensive vision plan with clear goals and evaluations for the future
  4. Foster a culture of learning and discipleship, emphasizing the importance of salvation and obedience
  5. Build a strong team of parents and volunteers to support the youth ministry
  6. Implement innovative outreach strategies to connect with young people in the community and help them grow in their faith

JOB SKILLS:

This position requires strong team building skills to foster collaboration and unity among team members. Effective communication is essential to ensure clear and consistent messaging within the team and with external stakeholders. Building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners is crucial for success in this role. Being responsible and accountable for assigned tasks and projects is paramount to achieving organizational goals.  At least three to five years experience is preferable.
