The Foundry: a Christian Church

This year-round position is defined as salary, full-time or 40 working hours per week. Expectation of attendance is for Sunday worship services, rehearsals with the Worship Team, and other special services including (but not limited to) Christmas, and Easter. The work is done cooperatively with the Lead Pastor and Worship Team. As part of the Leadership of the Church, the Worship Pastor is expected to advocate for the worship ministry and services. This role is not expected to be on stage week after week, but rather, on stage as needed and invested in the production and presentation of the whole church.
