Minister should work closely with elders/deacons to meet the physical and spiritual needs of this small-town congregation located in the scenic Ozark hills. He can expect to preach weekly, teach as needed, and foster community in the congregation. He will also need to support and encourage the staff of the Christian school which shares the facility.
