How To Log-In To “My KCU For Students”
- Go to old-kcu.wr.ardent.dev. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “My KCU”.
- You will be taken to the “Portal” page. Locate the User Name and Password boxes on the red bar at the top right of the web page.
- Your User Name is your KCU email address
- Your Password is the next requirement. This is your birthday written out to 8 digits (e.g., if your birthday is February 2, 1990, then you’ll need to enter 02021990). You can change your Password once you are inside of your KCU online area.
You can check your final grades, once they are posted.
Check your TRANSCRIPT to see:
- Current and term GPAs.
- Transfer credits that you may be expecting. (Let the Academic Office know if you see discrepancies.)
- What classes you have taken and what grades you made.
