Driver Certification

Please follow the instructions below
to complete the driver certification.

Students:

To be certified to drive a KCU car.

  1. Download, Complete and return the MVR form to KCU Box 2015.

 

To be certified to drive a KCU van or Mini Bus.

  • Download, Complete and return the MVR form to KCU Box 2015.
  • Complete the form below and a link will be sent to you KCU email with additional instructions regarding the video training portion of the certification.
  • Schedule a time to complete the driving portion of the test with Maintenance by calling 606-474-3249

Faculty/Staff:

To be certified to drive a KCU van or Mini Bus

  • Complete the form below and a link will be sent to you KCU email with additional instructions.

All faculty/staff are authorized to drive a KCU car if currently employed.
